I joined IVAW while still on deployment because I was having serious doubts and concerns about what we were doing in Afghanistan and Iraq. IVAW has been a continual source of strength and encouragement for me ever since being home, and I am honored to call other members of IVAW my brothers and sisters in the fight for justice, truth and healing combat trauma for all service members everywhere.
