Michael Kotyk

Served in the US Navy from January, 1988 until I retired in February, 2008. I was on active duty during the Gulf War and served in the Adriatic during the Kosovo campaign and was deployed twice to Iraq in 2003 and 2005 aboard USS Harry S Truman. I don't mind going to war to defend my country but I do mind when I'm lied to as to the reasons I am going. War also never solves the root problems of a conflict.
