IVAW Central region members, come join your fellow IVAW members at our central regional retreat in Chicago, IL July 8-10
This retreat is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow IVAW members, see old friends, and build a stronger community of Veterans and Service Members. IVAW will provide food and housing as well as a limited number of travel schalorships. The weekend will be a mixture of fun activities, creative endevours, and training and orientation into the work of IVAW. All members are invited and encouraged to attend, spouses, partners, and children are welcome and childcare will be provided.

As one of the new IVAW field organizers I will make every effort to reach out to those who want to be active and help members find ways to plug in to the organization through local gatherings, Operation Recovery (IVAW's national campaign to stop the deployment of service members with MST, PTSD, and TBI), Warrior Writers, Combat Paper, and many other activities available to our membership. If you have any questions, need support, or want to get plugged in don't hesitate to call or write.
