Alan Pitts

I spent over five years in the Army and was deployed to Iraq in August of 2004. A few months later I was wounded while on patrol and after some issue I made my way back to the states and through rounds of surgeries and treatment, which took about two years, and was finally medically separated from the military. After another fight, that separation was turned into a retirement. I have had many friends in the organization, and I am constantly rallying and protesting for along side of them in regards to the same issues. I want to be part of an organization which stands up for peace and against the military industrial complex which continues to send young men to fight for reasons they actively oppose.
