ADS is 25 years old, and is from St. Louis, Missouri. He joined the Navy in 2002 for money for college and a sense of adventure. In 2003 he was deployed on the USS Theodore Roosevelt for 6 months at the "tip of the spear" of Operation Iraqi Freedom with a Strike Fighter Squadron for "Shock and Awe". He then transferred to an Electronic Attack Squadron where he deployed to Al Asad Airbase, Iraq, for the Summer of 2006. Later, he spent the beginning of 2008 freezing his ass off in Bagram, Afghanistan. He doesn't believe the US should be in Iraq due to the fact the actual perpetrators of 9-11 are in Afghanistan, and if we concentrated our efforts there, we could bring Osama bin Laden to justice. Unfortunatly for the US, our leadership has "other intrests" in the region that hamper our ability to properly fight this "War on Terror". ADS works on EA-6B Prowlers, on Egress and Environmental Control Systems. Posts by Active Duty Sailor |
